After looking through our portfolio on our website, Instagram, and Facebook please send us an inquiry through the contact tab. We respond within 24 hours, Monday-Sunday. We offer in person consultations to discuss the booking. 

A 1/3rd non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date. Once 33% (deposit) is provided, your date is booked with us! no worries after that.

what are the payment methods?

We are based in SEATTLE area and Yes, we do travel anywhere and everywhere. Anything outside of Washington, we require travel & accommodation to be taken care of.

where are you based and do you travel?

Coverage begins at the time of once we start capturing the event. Traveling to and from other locations the day of your event, in addition to the downtime in-between events, is considered coverage time.

is travel time included in the coverage hours?

Since we take on such a limited amount of weddings per year, we have a faster turnaround time than most Videographers & Photographers! Our turnaround for weddings is 120 days. We try to get them back to you as soon as possible.

what is your turnaround time?

For all new 2021-22 bookings, we do provide Pre-wedding coverage but it does not include in the wedding package. We have chosen to focus on providing the best experience and quality possible for the Pre-wedding shoot.

do you provide coverage for pre-wedding?

If you have already given a deposit to secure a date but need to cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to secure your new date.

what if we need to cancel/ re-schedule our wedding?

Absolutely! We have done number of weddings, so we know the industry very well. Let us know what you need help with, if you need recommendations, and if there is anything we can do to make the process easier for you.
