A 1/3rd non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation, and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date. Once 33% (deposit) is provided, your date is booked with us! Rest assured, no worries after that.

what are the payment methods?

We are based in the SEATTLE area, and we travel anywhere and everywhere. For locations outside Washington, we kindly request travel and accommodation arrangements to be taken care of.

where are you based and do you travel?

Coverage officially begins when we start capturing the event. Traveling to and from different locations on your event day, as well as downtime between events, is considered part of the coverage time.

is travel time included in the coverage hours?

Since we take on a limited number of weddings annually, we have a faster turnaround time than most videographers & photographers! Our turnaround for weddings is ~120 days. We try to get them back to you as soon as possible.

what is your turnaround time?

We offer pre-wedding coverage for all new 2023-24 bookings, though it's not included in the wedding package. We focus on delivering the best experience and quality for your pre-wedding shoot.

do you provide coverage for pre-wedding?

The deposit is legally non-refundable. If you've secured a date with a deposit but need to cancel or reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your new date.

Absolutely! We have done many weddings, so we know the industry very well. Let us know what you need help with if you need recommendations, and if there is anything we can do to make the process easier for you.
